This is a good one to know. If you get the following error message...

The SoftGrid Client could not launch (APPNAME)
This application has failed to start because the 
application configuration is incorrect. 
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Error code: XXXXXX-0060922C-800736B1

then you might want to consider installing the Visual Studio Runtime Executables. It solved a problem for me where a package streamed ok, but the application itself simply refused to launch (Adobe Reader 8).
